How does the pricing work?
We offer two services: Real Estate Leads at $150 per lead and Listing Referrals at $300 per lead. You set your monthly budget cap and order specific quantities. Additional filtering parameters may add $5 per lead. You only pay for leads delivered.
Are the leads really exclusive?
Yes, absolutely. Every lead we deliver is 100% exclusive to you. We never share leads with other agents or investors. Once a lead is assigned to you, it's yours alone.
How quickly will I receive leads?
Lead delivery times vary based on your market and criteria. Typically, you'll start receiving leads within 1-3 business days of order placement. You'll be notified via email and in your dashboard when new leads are delivered.
What if a lead doesn't match my criteria?
You can reject any lead that doesn't match your specified criteria within 14 days of delivery. Simply provide a reason for rejection in your dashboard, and we'll review it. What is your refund policy?
We offer flexible refund options: 100% cash refund before any leads are delivered, free lead replacements for valid rejections, order holds for up to 180 days, credit conversions with no expiration, and ACH credit refunds (fees apply). How do I track my leads?
Our built-in CRM allows you to track disposition status for each lead. Update statuses (Not Called, Following Up, etc.), add notes, and manage your pipeline all in one place.
What's the difference between Motivated Sellers Leads and Listing Referrals Leads?
Motivated Sellers Leads are homeowners we've contacted and qualified based on your criteria. Listing Referrals Leads are leads that have been further qualified with a sales call to set a meeting and ensure listing intent—ideal for realtors looking for listings.
Can I use credits from my account?
Yes! Credits are automatically applied at checkout (you can opt out if preferred). Credits can come from referrals, promotional offers, or converted orders. They never expire and can be combined with promo codes for maximum savings. You can also request ACH transfer to convert credits back to cash (minimum $50, transfer fees apply).
Can I change my monthly budget?
Yes, you can adjust your monthly budget cap for future orders. Your current orders will continue with their original budget settings.
