Our callers reach property owners all day. When an owner tells us what they want for their property, we write it down and it becomes a lead. Nothing here came from a form fill or a bought list.
Judge it before you pay
Motivation, timeline, the price the owner has in mind, the condition of the house, whether anyone is living in it, and the owner’s own words on each. All of it is on the listing, free to read.

New leads appear as our team produces them, and the catalogue refreshes through the day. Buy one lead or twenty, with credit on your account. There is no subscription and no minimum order.
Exactly What Is Hidden, And Exactly When
We would rather say this plainly than let you find out at the checkout.
Before you pay you can see
- State, county, city and ZIP code
- The property: type, beds and baths, size, year built, lot
- What the owner wants: why they are selling, how soon, the price they have in mind
- The condition of the property and what needs doing
- Whether it is owner-occupied, tenanted or empty
- A written summary of the conversation, and the owner’s own words quoted where the conversation produced them
- Tags, and the price of the lead
Held back until you buy
The owner’s name, phone number, email address and street address. You get the state, county, city and ZIP, so you know the market you are buying into - just not which front door it is.
How many buyers get the same lead
Two kinds of lead sit side by side here, and every listing says which it is before you pay. A lead our own review accepted carries an Exclusive badge: one buyer, and it leaves the marketplace the moment it sells. Screened Out leads - ones we called and then chose not to work ourselves - are shared, sold to up to five buyers, and priced for that.
After you pay you also get
- The owner’s full name
- Their phone number and email address
- The full street address of the property
- The complete write-up and every one of the owner’s own words we captured
- The deal numbers, where we have them: estimated value, the asking price, the spread, a repair estimate and a maximum offer
The deal numbers are new. They are attached to leads from our valuation work onward, so newer listings carry them and older ones do not. A listing only ever shows the numbers it actually has - we do not fill the gap with estimates of our own.
If A Lead Does Not Hold Up
This is the same wording you see on the listing itself, before you buy.
Returns. You have three days to reach the seller before a return can be opened — that time is yours to dial. After that you have 21 days to return the lead if it does not hold up, for a total return window of 24 days from purchase. Past 24 days a lead is out of date and can no longer be returned.
An approved return goes back to your account as credit, and credit does not expire. This is the policy that applies to every marketplace purchase, and it is on the listing itself.
Buying With Credit
Leads are paid for with credit on your account. Top up in one of six bundles and the bigger ones come with bonus credit on top. The bands step, so crossing one is worth real money.
